It's the ultimate showdown, open to every First Responder in Rockland County for a chance to see who's the fittest in the County.

Firehouses, Police Stations, and Ambulance Corps will create a team of 3 athletes
to compete in different events, which are designed to test
the physical demands of First Responders.
