Volunteer Firefighter's Cup!
It's the ultimate showdown, open to every volunteer firehouse in Rockland County for a chance to see who has the most fit firefighters.
Firehouses will create a team of 3 athletes
to compete in different events, which are designed to test
the physical demands of a firefighter.

Sandbag Medley & Sled Drag
Relay of increasingly heavy sandbags to a sled, then drag it back to the finish line!
AMP Complex
A grueling circuit of 10 deadlifts, 30 wall balls, and a 60-yard sled sprint!
Heavy Ball Carry
Carry a heavy ball in 50-meter lengths as many times as possible in 90 seconds!
Farmer Hold for Time
Grip strength will be tested as athletes hold a determined weight for as long as possible!
